End of Tenancy Clean

Ultima were called to assist with an end of tenancy clearance.

The teams were mobilised and after a thorough risk assessment and method statement generation, proceeded to remove furnishings and waste as appropriate.

Elements of the removal were able to be re-used and what wasn’t was recycled as appropriate. Waste disposal was minimised by adopting this methodology.

The property was disinfected, cleaned throughout and made safe for hand back to the property management company.
